Cancelling the agreement
You have a notice periode of one month. The end date can never be a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday. Log in to My SSH& - I am a tenant to terminate your rent.

Preliminary check up
Before you leave your room, we do two checks. A preliminary check up and a final final inspection. 

Are you renting a temporary, furnished room?
You may not be able to terminate prematurely, but you can in some cases transfer the contract to someone else. Read the conditions in your contract.
