On the day you leave, the final inspection will take place. You schedule this appointment during the preliminary inspection. This is the final check-up. You will be present at this check-up.

During this recording, your room must be empty and cleaned. You will also hand in the keys to your caretaker then.

Room in order

Is everything in order? Then your caretaker will put this in the report.

Room not in order?
Is your room not clean or is something broken? Then your caretaker will also note this in the report. You will have to pay the costs of putting your room back into good condition. If we cannot immediately rent your room to another student because of this, there will be a loss of rent. We will then pass this on to you. Fortunately, this hardly ever happens!

Returning keys

After completing this recording, hand in your keys to your caretaker.
