16-10 | Scrubbing floors corridors 31-33-35-41-43-45-51-53-55

Tuesday 22 October SMB will come and scrub the corridor and kitchen floors on corridors 31, 33, 35, 41, 43, 45, 51, 53 and 55 between 08:00 - 16:00. This will take about half an hour per corridor.
We ask residents to clear the floors of belongings. This will allow SMB to get to work quickly.

15-10 | Noise pollution
Tuesday 22 October chopping work will take place on corridor 48 because of the repair of a shower after a leak. This gives (especially for nearby residents) noise nuisance. 
Please be aware of this.

27-9 | Works Nijmegen Heyendaal Station
The new traverse (crossing over the tracks) at Nijmegen Heyendaal station will be installed at the end of October. 
The parts for this can only be delivered by special transport at night (between 22:00 and 05:00). This is planned on the north side of the station.
As far as is known, this will be on the following nights:

from Sunday 6 to Monday 7 October 
from Thursday 10 to Friday 11 October 
from Sunday 13 to Monday 14 October 

We understand that unloading the parts will cause nuisance. Therefore, we inform everyone in time so that you can take this into account.

Important messages about your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner (just close windows and curtains) are sent as push messages in the app.
