23-12 | Work on hot water pipes corridors 1 to 59
New date: the work below has not been carried out due to illness. Applicom will return on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 January to carry out the work mentioned below.
On Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 December, Company Applicom will visit to protect the passages of the pipes through the walls with fire-resistant material. They will only visit the corridors and staircases for this purpose. They will work between 08.00 - 16.00.
17-12 | Take your packages with you!
Ordered something online? Then make sure you have it delivered to the parcel wall or other pick-up point.
Too often we see parcels lying around the building. Your parcel is then a target for thieves, can get lost and it makes for a messy complex.
We also see empty boxes left behind. Please take these away and clean up!!!

26-11 | Checking fire alarm system
Monday 2 December and Tuesday 3 December we test your complex's fire alarms. So keep in mind that between 08.00 - 17.00, the fire alarm may go off regularly.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
25-11 | Change times bike mechanic
The bike mechanic works one day less. This means he is no longer there on Fridays and only in the morning on Thursdays.
19-11 | Bat boxes
Between 25 and 29 November four bat boxes will be hung on the walls on the Heyendaalseweg side.
Important messages about your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner (just close windows and curtains) are sent as push messages in the app.
You can always re-read the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
