Rules for maintenance and works

We care about your safety and like to ensure a good quality of life in your complex. That's why we need to carry out maintenance or repair work from time to time. Are there works in your complex, in your corridor or in your room? Ask Simon tells you when we will visit, who will carry out the work and what inconvenience you may experience.

Entering room

Sometimes we need to be in your room for work. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail (also). You do not usually have to stay at home. 

He will always knock on your door first. Are you not at home? Then he will enter your room. When he leaves, he will lock your room door again.

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly and try to minimise inconvenience. Is something not going according to plan? Or do you object to us entering your room? Please contact us.
