11-12 | No power on 18 December
On Wednesday 18 December the solar panels of the charging park, in front of Helix, will be connected to our power grid. You will have no power from 09:00 that day until around noon. Apologies for the inconvenience!

7-10 | Don't leave rubbish behind!
The pavement is not a waste bin. Recently, we found abandoned bottles and other rubbish in front of the entrance to your complex. This is obviously not the way to go. The area is for everyone and everyone wants a nice living environment. 
So keep your complex clean!
Having a party? Then make sure you don't cause any nuisance. This means not causing any noise pollution and not leaving any mess. Make sure it is quiet after 10pm. 
This is how we make sure everyone enjoys living here!

Important messages oven your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner (just close windows and curtains) are sent as push messages in the app.

You can always read back the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
