When you give notice of leaving, you should indicate which days you are unable to attend the preliminary inspection. We will then schedule a recording on one of the days when you are available. You will be notified by e-mail within two working days when the caretaker will visit you.

During this inspection, we will tell you what we expect from you when you hand in the key. We will also take stock of whether we need to repair things after you leave.

Your room does not have to be empty at the time of the preliminary inspection. However, it is important that you are present. Are you not present? Then you automatically agree to the caretaker entering your room.

Room cleaning
Does the room need a good clean? Then your caretaker will also put this on the list. You then have two more weeks to make your room tidy.

Final inspection
During the preliminary inspection, we immediately plan the final inspection. During this inspection, your room must be empty and clean. This is also when you hand in the keys to your caretaker.
