17-10 | No water tomorrow morning

A pipe is leaking in the crawl space and therefore we will carry out an emergency repair tomorrow, Friday 18 October . This will require us to shut off the water in the entire complex. 

No water from around 7.30am
Around 7.30am we will close off the cold and hot water. Until noon at the latest (we assume we can solve it in 2-3 hours). So, please plan your shower around the works and fill the coffee machine or your kettle with water in advance. Also note that you cannot flush the toilet during the works.

14-10 | Roof work

On Monday 21 October, Company Gommers will start repair work on the roof of the rear facade. A tree fell on the roof here in May 2024. Gommers will be working on the roof for about three days. You may experience some noise nuisance.

Important messages about your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner, are sent as push messages in the app.

You can always re-read the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
