10-3 | Garden maintenance 

In week 11, the perennial plants will be pruned, and the gardens will be fertilized. 

2-4 | Emergency Power Test RadboudUMC

On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 16:00 (4:00 PM), an annual emergency power test will be held at RadboudUMC. Since Nestor is also connected to the same network, you will be affected by this as well. After the test, the power grid will be restarted, and electricity will be restored to the complex.

What does this mean for you?

• You will be without power for approximately 45 minutes.
• Devices that require electricity will not work (e.g., the elevator, automatic doors, refrigerator, and internet).

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience. Please take this into account.

A reminder will be sent shortly before the time.

7-4 | Facade Inspection

At several complexes, the facade will be inspected by the company De Bresser.

Your complex is scheduled for inspection on:  April 7th.

The employee will walk around the building, and in some cases, they will need to enter the building to check the rear side. Otherwise, you will not notice much of the work, and you do not need to stay at home.

Important messages oven your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner (just close windows and curtains) are sent as push messages in the app.

You can always read back the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
