Are you suffering from a short circuit?

You can easily solve this problem yourself.

• First check which group is involved
• Then pull the plugs out of the sockets of that group
• Switch the group back on again

Then find the fault by plugging in your devices one by one. Does the group switch off again after you put your desk lamp back in the socket, for example? Then you have caught the causer. This appliance is defect.

Where is my fuse box located?
Do you live in a corridor on the ground floor? Then you'll find the fuse box at the main entrance. You open it with your own room key. For the other corridors, the meter cupboard is in the kitchen.
