Are you suffering from a short circuit?

You can easily solve this problem yourself.

• First check which group is involved.
• Then pull the plugs out of the sockets of that group.
• Switch the group back on again.

Then find the fault by plugging in your devices one by one. Does the group switch off again after you put your desk lamp back in the socket, for example? Then you have caught the causer. This appliance is defect.

Where is my fuse box?

• In the old building, you will find the fuse box in the corridor. Each wing has its own fuse box. For numbers 22-36, the fuse box can be found in the caretaker's office. 
• Do you live in the new building (Kroonstraat)? From house numbers 50 to 64, the fuse box is in the technical room. On the other corridors with 8 residents, the fuse box is in your corridor. This comes with a description.
• Independent apartments have their own fuse box, but the pre-switching of these fuse boxes is one floor below. Apartments 174 to 200 have a fuse box in their own apartment.
