There are ceiling fixtures in your home. These contain LED lamps that last a very long time. Does the bulb still break down? Then you can submit a repair request or replace the bulb yourself. You can replace the light fittings/lamps with your own lamps. But keep the old bulbs. They belong to the house.

Common areas
In the common areas, there are lights. These work with a motion sensor: they turn on automatically when there is movement and also turn off automatically. You are not allowed to remove these lights. Is a lamp broken? Report it via the repair request.
