You will receive two* keys.

These fit the lock of the:

• entrance door of your complex
• entrance door of your room/apartment
• In most cases also on the bicycle shed, waste containers and post box

* Tenants of two-bedroom flats receive three keys.

Want an extra key?
Then contact us. You will pay an administration fee to do so.

Lost a key?
Even then, please contact us. The cost of a new key is €16 or €26.50 depending on your complex. Did you lock yourself out? Outside office hours, we will send an external company to let you in, and you will be charged a €50 fee. So, it is a good idea to leave your spare key with your neighbour or friend nearby!
