We can be reached on working days from 9am to 4.30pm. 


Do you have a calamity/urgent problem on weekdays after 4:30pm, weekends or holidays? If so, an emergency service is available.

You call our usual number 024- 359 49 39 and will be put through to our emergency service. They estimate how urgent the situation is and will send someone over if necessary. 

What is an urgent situation?
In emergency situations such as fire, storm damage, failure of an installation, leakage of gas and water pipes, or if you have locked yourself out, you can call us outside office hours. 

Have you locked yourself out of office hours?
If you call us, we will send a security company over as soon as possible. They will first check that it is really you. So make sure you have your ID with you! And, you must pay €50 immediately (only by pin or credit card).

Please note: in no case call a locksmith. They destroy our locksmith work and charge you extreme amounts.
