Our office is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:30. 

Do you have an urgent problem after 16:30 on weekdays, during the weekend, or on public holidays? In that case, an emergency service is available.

You can call our regular number 024-359 49 39, and you will be connected to our emergency service. They will assess the urgency of your issue and, if necessary, send someone to assist you.

What is considered an emergency?
In case of emergencies such as fire, storm damage, system failures, gas or water leaks, or if you accidentally lock yourself out, you can call us outside office hours.

Locked yourself out?
Whether during or outside office hours, call us, and we will send a staff member as soon as possible (within 2 hours). Of course, they will first verify your identity, so make sure you have your ID with you!

Additionally, you will need to pay a €50 fee immediately (card or credit card only).

Important: Do not call a locksmith! They will damage our locks and charge you excessive fees.
