In 2024, we will carry out major maintenance on the Thijmstraat complex. This work will start in April 2024 and last for about a year.

We carry out the following work:

• We replace window frames and windows. The new tilt-and-turn windows will close better and prevent draughts.
• We also replace roofing and insulation.
• We will install solar panels.
• The cladding and balcony railings will be replaced. This will give the building a fresh look again.

We divide the work into 6 phases
At each phase, we tackle a different building section. We then carry out all the above work at that location. This way, we are not working everywhere at the same time and we prevent the entire building from being under scaffolding for a very long time.
