To maintain the technical condition of the apartments, you are not permitted to change any of the technical systems or architectural layout of your apartment.

Changing your room
Do you want to customise your room to suit your own taste? This is allowed, but you must follow a few rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
You are not allowed to paint the doors and window frames. You may paint the walls, but make sure you return the walls white when you leave. (Unless the new occupant accepts your colour.)

To hang wall decorations and lamps, it is allowed to drill a hole in the wall. Make sure you fill in the holes when you leave. Do not stick posters/stickers on the wall with tape or posterbuddies/ sticky pads.

Flooring
The room does not come with any carpeting or rugs. Are you installing any carpeting? Then remember to remove it when you leave. No glue residues and/or adhered foam residues may remain on the floor. You may also transfer it to the next tenant. 
Avoid making a lot of noise! Lay a sound-damping underlay under your flooring.

Curtains
There are no curtains in your room.
