To maintain the technical condition of the rooms, you are not allowed to make changes to the technical installation and structural layout of your flat.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
You are not allowed to paint your flat or room.There are many pipes in the walls, ceilings and floors. To prevent damage, you should not drill or nail into these. Also do not nail or drill into windows, window frames and panelling.

Picture frames
Along the ceiling on the walls we installed slats. You can use these to hang wall decorations, paintings, posters, etc. You may nail in these.

Flooring
The flat or room has standard carpet. Do you want to lay vinyl or laminate over it? Then remember to remove this floor covering when you leave. No glue residue and/or adhesive foam residue may remain on the floor. You can also hand over your floor to the next occupant.

Prevent noise pollution and lay a sound-absorbing underlay under your floor covering.

Curtain rails
All flats and rooms have curtain rails. You may not remove these. You may not screw or drill into the window frames.

Technical installations
Always report faults in the technical installations (power supply, heating, water supply, etc.) to us immediately. Do not tinker with the installations yourself.
