21-11 | Fault in extraction at Rosendaalsestraat 162-166
There is currently a malfunction in the central extraction system of the building with house numbers 162 and 166. As a result, the extraction is not working in the rooms. We will come to repair this tomorrow (Friday 22 November), between 09:00 and 12:00. The unit is located on the roof of the complex, so we do not need to be in your apartment for the work. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Important messages oven your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner (just close windows and curtains) are sent as push messages in the app.
You can always read back the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
