You can connect the light fittings to the central box. Drilling into the ceiling to fix luminaires is not allowed.
The lighting present at the start of rent belongs to the flat and may not be taken away.
General areas
There are lights in the common areas. You are not allowed to remove these. Is a lamp broken? Report it via the repair request.
