Underground waste containers
In every kitchen you will find a rubbish bin and rubbish bags in which to dispose of the waste. You buy the rubbish bags in the supermarket.
Three underground containers are located at the homes within walking distance:
- a container for residual waste
- a container with a blue lid for waste paper and cardboard
- a container with grey lid for Plastic packaging, Cans and Drinking cartons (PBD)
Other
For glass and textiles, there are often containers near a shopping centre.

Do not place waste next to the containers
The municipality regularly checks for rubbish next to the containers. Can they trace the offender? If so, a fine will follow. So do not place waste next to the container if it is full, but find another container.
