To maintain the technical condition of the apartments, you are not allowed to make changes to the technical installation and structural layout of your flat.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some ground rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
You are not allowed to paint the doors, window frames or ceilings. You may paint the walls but in a light and neutral colour.

For hanging wall decorations and lamps, picture frames have been installed. These are wooden slats against the wall. Do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies/ sticky pads. Are there no picture frames present? If so, please get in touch.

Flooring
There is a floor covering in your room, you should not remove it. If you put other floor covering over it, you should be aware that you will have to remove it when you leave the living space. Make sure there is no glue residue and/or foam residue left on the floor covering.

Curtains
There are no curtains in your room.
