7-4 | Drainage and Gutter Maintenance

From April 7th to May 2nd, maintenance work will be carried out on the drainage, cladding, and gutters around the building and courtyard. The work will take place between 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM and will be carried out by Gommers Dakbedekking B.V.

An aerial work platform and scaffolding will be used. We recommend keeping your curtains closed for your privacy. Gommers will ensure that notices are posted at the entrance in time.

7-4 | Garden Maintenance

From week 15, April 7th to April 11th, there will be garden maintenance at your complex, including tasks such as general upkeep.

8-4 | Facade Inspection

At several complexes, the facade will be inspected by the company De Bresser.

Your complex is scheduled for inspection on:  April 8th.

The employee will walk around the building, and in some cases, they will need to enter the building to check the rear side. Otherwise, you will not notice much of the work, and you do not need to stay at home.

9-4 | Glass cleaning

On Wednesday, April 9, Vebego will carry out the glass cleaning in the complex from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

We kindly ask you to keep the windows closed and remove the screens to allow the workers easy access to the windows.

Please also be aware that there may be temporary increased visibility into your apartment.

Keep any curtains closed if needed to have more privacy.

Important messages about your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner, are sent as push messages in the app.

You can always re-read the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
