19-11 | Meeting with cleaning company
We understand from the Resident Assistants at your complex that there is a need for a meeting with the cleaning company at your complex. This afternoon between 16:00 and 17:30 SSH& and the cleaning company will be present in the meeting room. So, do you have a question? Feel free to drop by.
7-11 | Problems with heating
Yesterday, the heating was repaired. It is possible that the heaters on the top floor are still not working properly. We will then have to bleed these. Is your heating not warming up, or only at the knob? Then please give DKC a call: 024-3713030. They will come by as soon as possible.
1-11 | No heating
Update 5-11: DKC has applied a temporary fix and the heating is working again. It may take some time before you notice this. Still not working? If so, contact DKC on 024-3713030.
Tomorrow, 6 November, they will work on a final solution. There will then be no heating again between 09.00 - 16.00. Our apologies for this.
There is a leak and it can only be repaired by company DKC on Monday 4 November. Until then, the heating will unfortunately not work. So put on a warm jumper!
There is hot water, though.
Important messages about your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner are sent as push messages in the app.
You can always re-read the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
