You connect a lamp to the terminal block at the ends of the electrical wires. You attach this to the central box.
Drilling into the ceiling to fix luminaires is not allowed.
The light fixtures in the bathroom and the extractor hood and under the overhead cabinet in the kitchen belong to the apartment and you are not allowed to remove them.
General areas
There are lights in the common areas. You are not allowed to remove these. Is a lamp broken? Submit a repair request for this.
