24-10 | Power outage

Due to a power cut, the central heating system at your complex has failed. As a result, you have no heating or hot water. We apologise for the inconvenience!

24-9 | Glass cleaning
Thursday, 3 October we wash the windows on the outside of your complex. Working hours are from 08.00 - 16.00 and an aerial platform is used. The window cleaners only work on the outside of the building. Are they working at the height of your window? Close your windows and make sure you close the curtains when you change clothes.

Important messages about your complex, for example in case of an internet or lift failure, but also planned maintenance like the visit of a window cleaner, are sent as push messages in the app.

You can always re-read the push messages in the app at the bottom right of your screen by the little bell.
