Painting / varnishing / painting
You may paint the walls in your room, general kitchen and living room between the floor and ceiling plinth in any colour you like. It is important to use good latex paint (not smudge-proof) and not to damage the glass fibre wallpaper. If you are going to sauce, make sure you cover the floors properly. When you leave, the walls of your room should be left plain white if the new occupant does not accept the walls you have painted. Painting or whitewashing ceilings, windows, window frames, doors, skirting boards, etc. is not allowed.

Drilling / nailing
Along the ceiling are so-called picture frames. You can use these to hang wall decorations, paintings, posters, etc. There are many pipes in the walls and ceilings. To prevent damage, you should not drill or nail into them. Also do not nail or drill into windows, window frames and panelling. Also do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies/ sticky pads. Are there no picture frames available? If so, please get in touch.

Flooring
The apartment does not have carpeting in the rooms as standard. When laying carpets, remember that they must also be removed when you leave the apartment. Any glue and/or adhesive foam residue must not remain on the floor. Do not nail into the concrete floor because there are (water) pipes in the floor! Avoid noise pollution. Lay a sound-insulating underlay under the floor covering.

Curtain rails
All rooms have curtain rails. You must not remove these. You may not screw or drill into the window frames.

Dishwasher
It is allowed to connect a dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a connection available. Upon request, your manager can make an opening in the kitchen block, after which you can connect a dishwasher.

It is not possible to apply for a dishwasher if you live in a temporarily furnished room.
