Operation
The kitchen has a recirculation hood. This means that the hood does not blow the air outside, but cleans it via filters and brings it back into the room. The air initially passes through metal filters that you have to clean yourself. How often this needs to be done depends on how often and how you cook. The more you use fats, the faster they get dirty.

Tip: Clean the filter regularly. You can easily unclip it and take it out. Just clean it with soapy water. When it is thoroughly dry, you replace it.

There is also an extraction system in the house that can be operated separately. This is never completely off.
