There are several containers to enable waste separation. There are containers for paper, organic waste and plastic. Residual waste is disposed of in the underground container.

Residual waste
There are underground containers. You open these with a waste card and pay each time you use the container, so it helps if you seperate waste. You get this waste card with the keys. If you have lost it, you have to request a new one yourself via www.dar.nl.

You do not need any special rubbish bags: you can deposit any bag. Once a year you will receive a statement for your use of the waste card.

Do not place waste next to the containers
The municipality regularly checks for rubbish next to the containers. Can they trace the offender? Then you will be fined.

Always get rid of your bulky waste!
There is a central locked collection point for all bulky waste. You put the bulky waste inside yourself.

Bulky waste is waste that does not fit in the bin, such as old sofas and fridges, or electrical appliances, for example. You open this area with your room key. This way, you can dispose of your bulky waste 24/7 and we prevent bulky waste from being placed in corridors, entrances or near the containers. Safety first! The area itself indicates where you can deposit bulky waste and where you can put electrical appliances and metals. Make sure you separate your bulky waste properly.

Is your laminate flooring going in the junkyard?
Then make sure you bundle all the boards well. This makes it a lot easier for us to dispose of!
