The monthly rent you pay includes service charges in almost in all cases. These are the fees for the accompanying goods and services in addition to the base rent. Your rental agreement specifies exactly what you are paying for.

Service charges consist of a fixed and variable part, such as:

• use of gas, water and electricity
• cleaning and maintenance of common areas
• use of wifi/internet and TV subscription in your room, via Ziggo (if applicable)
• municipal waste tax (if applicable)

Are you a guest in our Guesthouse? Or are you temporarily renting a furnished room? Then you pay a fixed price per month. The rent you pay is all-in.
