You will find our caretakers and in a “cluster office”. We will come to you from there when you need us. We no longer have standard walk-in hours. Because it is so easy to organise everything online, it does not take long to make an appointment with your caretaker. You can also ring us on working days between 9.00 and 16.30 on telephone number 024 – 359 49 39. Of course you can also send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Would you still prefer to speak with someone without an appointment? If so, we suggest you stop by one of the cluster offices on Thursday afternoon. The best chances of meeting with someone in any of the cluster offices is on Thursday afternoon between 14.00 and 17.00.

You are welcome to visit the office at Boeckstaetedreef 55 in Nijmegen.
Of course you are also always welcome to visit our office at Laan van Scheut 4. The office is open from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 16.30.
Are you having an urgent problem on a working day after 17.00, during the weekend, or on a bank holiday? If so, call the emergency number: 024 – 359 49 69. You call this number for emergency situations such as fire, storm damage, equipment outages, gas leaks, water leaks, or if you have locked yourself out.
