Neighbourhood liaison Mirjam
NDW21 has its own neighbourhood caretaker: Mirjam Verheem. She is your first contact at NDW21, working with residents, colleagues from the housing associations present in the neighbourhood and other institutions, to create a good living environment in the neighbourhood. Mirjam works from her office in the Tango building. Feel free to drop by.

Besides Mirjam, you may also encounter caretakers from SSH& at Urban. For example, when you pick up your key and when you leave your flat again. But also in between, because our the caretakers also deal with daily maintenance at the complexes and are the point of contact for companies we work with.
