There are plenty of parking spaces near the complex. Parking in the centre of Arnhem is charged or by permit.

Good options are the car park under the station or the 'Blue Waves'.

Parking at your copmplex is not possible
The building on Pastoor Street is in a pedestrian area, but it is possible to enter by car in the morning for loading and unloading.
You can enter and exit for free from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 11:00.

Because you are moving in/out for example?  Then you can apply for exemption through the municipality. You can choose a one-day exemption or incidental exemption (if moving takes more than one day).
