Painting / drilling / nailing
It is not allowed to paint the walls, doors, window frames, skirting boards or ceilings.

To prevent damage to the walls and the pipes located in it, drilling in them is not permitted. Picture frames are provided for hanging wall decorations and lamps.

Flooring
The room is fitted with carpet/linoleum. It is not allowed to change it.

Picture frames
There are many pipes in the walls and ceilings. To prevent damage, you should not drill or nail into these. Also do not nail or drill into windows, window frames and panelling.

For hanging wall decorations and lamps, picture frames have been installed. These are wooden slats against the wall. Do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies/ sticky pads. Are there no picture frames present? If so, please get in touch.

Curtain rails
All rooms have curtains. You are not allowed to remove them. You are not allowed to screw or drill into the window frames.

Lighting

Room
There is no connection for a light fixture in the ceiling of your room. Do you still need a light? If so, use one of the sockets. There is a light in the entrance way to your room. Drilling into the ceiling to mount light fixtures is not permitted.

Common areas
There are lights in the shower and the kitchen. You must not remove these. Is a lamp broken? Report this via the repair request.
