To maintain the technical condition of the flats, you are not allowed to make changes to the technical installation and structural layout of your flat.

Customise room
Do you want to customise your room to suit your own taste? This is allowed, but you must follow a few rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
Painting walls, doors or ceilings is not allowed.
There are many pipes in the walls and ceilings. To prevent damage, do not drill or nail into these. Also do not nail or drill into windows, window frames and panelling.

Picture frames
To hang wall decorations and lamps, picture frames are fitted. These are wooden slats against the wall. Do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies/ sticky pads. Are there no picture frames present? If so, please get in touch.

Flooring
Your room has dessalon. Would you like to put other floor covering over it? You can. Of course, you have to remember to remove it when you leave the room. Make sure that no glue residue and/or adhesive foam remains on the SSH& dessalon.

Curtain rails
All rooms have curtain rails. You are not allowed to remove these.
Do not screw or drill into the frames.
