Your caretakers

At your complex, you may come across the following caretakers: Ko and Bart (short-stay) and Paul and Jeffrey. They are happy to help! 

You will find our caretakers in a 'neigbourhood office'. From there, we come to you whenever you need us. 

You can call us on working days between 9 am and 4.30 pm or send an e-mail with your question, or to make an appointment with your caretaker. 

Would you prefer to speak with someone without an appointment? If so, you can stop by at any of out offices.

Your office
You are welcome to visit the office at Gildemeestersplein 1 in Arnhem. Of course, you are also always welcome at our office at Laan van Scheut 4 in Nijmegen. The office is open Monday to Friday 9 am and 4.30 pm . Want to know if someone is available at your office? Then please call first.

Emergency number
Do you have an urgent problem on weekdays after 5pm, on weekends or public holidays? Such as storm damage, a leak or a lock out? Then an emergency service is available. You call our normal number 024- 359 49 39 and are put through to our emergency service. They will check how urgent your call is and send someone over if necessary.
