To maintain the technical condition of the flats, you are not allowed to make changes to the technical installation and structural layout of your flat.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
You are not allowed to paint the walls, doors or ceilings. Do you live in a room in the chapel? Then you are allowed to paint the walls in a different colour. Just make sure the walls are delivered white as soon as you leave the house.

To prevent damage to the walls and the pipes located therein, drilling in them is prohibited. Picture frames are provided for hanging wall decorations and lamps. Applying a poster with tape or posterbuddies on the wall is not allowed.

Flooring
Your room has marmoleum, dessalon or PVC. Do you lay other floor covering? You can, but make sure our floor is not damaged. No glue residues and/or adhered foam residues may remain on the floor when you leave. We do not lay floor covering on voids. To avoid noise pollution, lay a sound-insulating underlay under your floor covering.

Curtain rails
All rooms have curtain rails. You must not remove these. You may not screw or drill into the window frames.
