To maintain the technical condition of the flats, you are not allowed to make changes to the technical installation and structural layout of your flat.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some rules:

Sauces / paints / painting
You can paint or wallpaper the walls in your room in any colour you like. It is important to use good latex paint. When you move out, you must finish the walls in the colour RAL 9010. Or the next tenant must accept the coloured walls. Painting ceilings, windows, window frames, doors and skirting boards etc. is not allowed.

Picture frames
There are many pipes in the walls, ceilings and floors. To prevent damage, you should not drill or nail into these. Also do not nail or drill into windows, window frames and panelling.

For hanging wall decorations and lamps, picture frames have been installed. These are wooden slats against the wall. Do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies/ sticky pads. Are there no picture frames present? If so, please get in touch.

To preserve the walls in showers, it is important to clean them regularly.

Flooring
There are no carpets in the apartment as standard. Do you lay carpet? Then remember to remove it when you leave. No glue residue and/or adhered foam residue may remain on the floor. You may also pass your floor on to the next occupant. Never nail or drill into the concrete floor, because the floor contains (water) pipes!
Prevent noise pollution! Lay a sound-absorbing underlay under your floor covering.

Curtain rails
There are curtain rails in every flat. You must not remove these. Please do not screw or drill into the window frames.

Technical installations
Always report faults in technical installations (power supply, heating, water supply, etc.) immediately via a repair request. Do not tinker with the installations yourself.
