To maintain the technical condition of the flats, you are not allowed to make changes to the technical installation and structural layout of your flat.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some  rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
It is not allowed to paint the walls, doors, window frames or ceilings.

You may drill into the walls after consulting your caretaker. Planning to drill? Give us a call or send an email. To preserve the walls in the showers, it is important that you clean them regularly.

Flooring
Your room has marmoleum or PVC. If you lay other floor covering over it, remember that you will have to remove it when you leave us. Make sure there is no glue residue and/or adhered foam residue left on the SSH& floor covering.

Curtains
There are no curtains in your room. However, there is a curtain rail.
