Our tenants represent themselves in an active tenants' organisation: Platform Foundation Tenants' interests (SPH). SPH represents the interests of all tenants and is an important interlocutor for us.

SPH is always looking for volunteers to represent their complex. Would you like to take this on and represent tenant of your complex? Then get in touch with SPH now!

Key interlocutor
Several times a year, we consult with SPH on topics such as service costs, maintenance, rent policy and renovation plans. SPH also sits down annually with us and the municipalities of Nijmegen and Arnhem to make performance agreements on issues such as sustainability, affordability and the housing availability in the cities.

Board = student
SPH has a board and a general committee, all enthusiastic students who live with us and think and talk with us. The board consists of a president, secretary and treasurer. The general committee elects the board.

There is a general tenant meeting once a year. All tenants are invited to this. They inform residents about what SPH has done and what the plans are.
