The quickest way to discuss your complaint is simply to call, email or visit us. We will then discuss what is going on. We usually come to a solution right away. Of course, you can also contact your caretaker. In principle, your caretaker is your first point of contact. He regularly walks around or you can find him in his office. You can always discuss your question or problem with him. Often, problems resolve themselves through small suggestions from his side.

You may not be able to work things out with the SSH& staff member. Then the next step is to file a complaint. You can do that easily via the complaint form.
