To maintain the condition of the rooms, you are not allowed to make any changes to the technical installation and architectural layout of your room.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
The grey concrete brick walls may be painted in any colour. However, we recommend using a good latex paint for this. When cancel your agreement, the walls should be returned to an even, opaque white. You may not paint other walls yourself.

It is not allowed to paint the ceilings, windows, frames, doors, skirting boards, etc.

To prevent damage to the walls etc. and the pipes located therein, drilling in them is prohibited. Picture frames have been provided for hanging wall decorations and lamps. Also, do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies.
To preserve the walls in showers, it is important to clean them regularly.

Flooring
There are floor coverings in the living space. If you lay other floor covering over it, be aware that you will have to remove it when you leave the living space. Make sure there is no glue residue and/or adhered foam residue left on SSH& floor covering.

Curtains
All rooms have a curtain rail. You are not allowed to remove these.
