You can connect a lamp to the terminal block at the ends of the electrical wires. You attach this to the central box.
Drilling into the ceiling to fix luminaires is not allowed.
The light fittings in the bathroom and under the kitchen cabinets belong to the apartment and you are not allowed to remove them.
General areas
SSH& lighting hangs in the common areas. You are not allowed to remove these. Is a lamp broken? Report it via the repair request.
