To maintain the technical condition of the rooms, you are not allowed to make any changes to the technical installation and architectural layout of your room.

Customise room
Want to customise your room to your own taste? You can, if you follow some rules:

Painting / drilling / nailing
Painting of walls, doors, frames or ceilings is not allowed.

To prevent damage to the walls and the pipes located therein, drilling/nailing in them is prohibited. For hanging wall decorations and lamps, picture frames have been installed. These are wooden slats against the wall. Do not stick posters/stickers to the wall with tape or posterbuddies.

Flooring
Your room has carpeted floors. Will you lay other carpets over it? Then bear in mind that you will have to remove it when you leave the room. Make sure no glue residue and/or stuck (foam) remains on the floor covering.

Curtains
There are no curtains in your room, but there is a curtain rail. You are not allowed to screw or drill into the frames.

Are you renting a temporary (6 months to 2 years), furnished room?

Then you may not make adjustments in your room.
