Your caretakers
At your complex, you may encounter the following caretakers: Thijmen, Merlijn, Ibrahim, Annelotte, Ko (short stay), Ferdi, Bart (short stay), Willem, Ian and Michel. Feel free to ask them your questions!
You will find our caretakers in a 'neighbourhood office'. From there, we come to you whenever you need us. We don't have fixed office hours, because you can easily arrange everything online and an appointment with your caretakers is easily made.
You can also call and email us on weekdays between 9am and 4.30pm. Still, would you prefer to speak to someone in person without an appointment? Then just drop by one of the offices.
Your office
You are welcome at the office at Prof. Bromstraat 56 in Nijmegen. Of course, you are also always welcome at our office at Laan van Scheut 4. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9am and 4.30pm. Would you like to know if someone is available at your neighbourhood office? Then give us a call first.
Emergency number
Do you have an urgent problem on weekdays after 5pm, on weekends or public holidays? Such as storm damage, a leak or a lock out? Then an emergency service is available. You call our normal number 024- 359 49 39 and are put through to our emergency service. They will check how urgent your call is and send someone over if necessary.
