The fastest way to discuss your complaint is simply to call, email, or visit us. We can then discuss what is going on. We can typically come to a solution very quickly.
Of course, you can also get in touch with your caretaker. In principle, they are your first point of contact. They will regularly walk around the property or you can find them at their office. You can always go to them to discuss a question or problem. Problems are often easily resolved through the helpful suggestions that they make.
